A clear start to your project.
Every restaurant is different. Your written proposal sets out the work we will deliver and the terms agreed for your project.
Your proposal
Before work begins, we agree the project price, payment currency, scope, deliverables, included revisions or updates, and expected timing in writing. Any ongoing support and changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed separately.
Domain registration, hosting, booking tools, online ordering services and other third-party subscriptions may have separate fees and terms. Your proposal identifies which services are included and which you arrange or pay for directly.
Content and delivery
We agree what content and approvals are needed from you, including menus, contact details, images and brand assets. Project timing depends on receiving those materials and feedback as agreed. Only provide content you have permission to use.
Paying through PayPal
Use the PayPal payment link after your project and payment have been agreed. Before confirming a payment, check that the amount, currency and displayed payee match your agreed quote. Contact us if anything differs.
PayPal processes the payment according to its own terms. Save your payment receipt and include your restaurant or project reference when contacting us about a payment.
Cancellations and refunds
The written proposal sets out your project's cancellation and refund arrangements, including how work already completed is handled. These arrangements do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including Australian consumer law where it applies.
Website examples
Concept websites and stock photography on this site illustrate design possibilities. Fictional restaurant examples are demonstration projects and are not claims about actual clients, their results or their endorsements.
